1. Introduction
Airiboni is committed to delivering high-quality AI services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are granted, how requests are evaluated, and what conditions apply.
Because our services involve digital work, creative output, and custom AI processes, refunds are handled differently than for physical products. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
a. Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver any part of your order within the agreed timeline, and you have not contributed to delays, you may request a refund.
b. Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
c. Major Delivery Errors
If a delivered service clearly does not match the purchased package or contains critical issues preventing use, we will correct it or issue a partial/full refund based on the circumstances.
d. Subscription Renewals
Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions may be approved if requested within 3 days of the charge and no new deliverables have been accessed or delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after work has started
- You provided unclear or incomplete instructions
- You requested revisions outside the original service scope
- AI-generated content did not match subjective personal preference after reasonable revisions
- You used, published, or benefited from the delivered work
- Delays caused by your own lack of response
Due to the digital nature of our services, once delivered, they cannot be “returned,” and are considered final.
4. Revision Policy
Most services include reasonable revisions to ensure accuracy and quality. Revisions do not extend to:
- Creating entirely new concepts outside the purchased package
- Additional styles, formats, or deliverables not included in the service
5. Lead Generation Services
Because leads and outreach materials are digitally produced and cannot be reversed once delivered, lead generation packages are non-refundable after delivery unless:
- The leads are demonstrably invalid or unusable
- Data files are corrupted or inaccessible
In such cases, we will replace the data or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
6. AI Chatbots & Integrations
Refunds for chatbot setups are not available after deployment or after training has been completed. If installation or integration fails due to platform restrictions outside our control, we will offer alternative solutions.
7. AI Videos, Creatives, and Blogs
Refunds for completed digital content are not available. We do, however, offer:
- Corrections for factual errors
- Revisions to tone, style, or messaging (within original scope)
8. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Email support@airiboni.com with your order details
- Explain the issue clearly
- Provide supporting files, screenshots, or examples
- Allow up to 5 business days for review
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Partial Refunds
In some cases where partial work has been completed, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the remaining undelivered work.
10. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting Airiboni first may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Removal of access to deliverables
- Restriction from future orders
We always aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly.
